Account Executive

Location: Prime Central London (West End office, with site-based work)

Company Context: Boutique estate agency specialising in high-value residential sales, new-build launches, and international buyer mandates in prime London postcodes.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage key developer and vendor relationships, from initial instruction through to transaction completion.

•  Conduct property valuations, prepare marketing strategies, and coordinate viewings (including virtual and international).

•  Negotiate offers, handle offers progression, and close sales in a fast-moving, competitive market.

•  Build and maintain networks with high-net-worth buyers, particularly from overseas markets.

•  Collaborate on tailored campaigns and ensure exceptional client service throughout the sales process.


Requirements:

•  5+ years in residential property sales, ideally in prime/central London estate agency or new homes.

•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions.

•  Strong negotiation skills, market knowledge of London postcodes, and client relationship expertise.
