The objective was to refine the existing organisational structure and execute a high-impact hiring strategy across multiple leadership functions simultaneously.

→ Following a comprehensive Strategic Review with the Executive team, we mapped out the critical roles and an optimised organisational structure. We then designed and delivered a bespoke, phased recruitment plan with a condensed five-week timeline leading up to the Christmas period.
