COO – Chief Operating Officer

Location: Central London (hybrid with portfolio oversight)

Company Context: National real estate investment and asset management company with a diverse London-focused portfolio of offices, retail, industrial, and residential assets.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee day-to-day operations across asset management, leasing, property management, facilities, and supplier relationships.

•  Implement operational strategies to enhance portfolio performance, occupier satisfaction, and efficiency.

•  Drive initiatives for ESG compliance, EPC upgrades, flexible workspace adaptations, and net-zero operations.

•  Lead cross-functional teams to execute the CEO’s vision while optimising processes and resource allocation.

•  Monitor key performance metrics and ensure seamless delivery across the property lifecycle.
Requirements:

•  15+ years in operational leadership within UK real estate, preferably in asset or property management.

•  Chartered surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent, with deep knowledge of London commercial/residential operations.

•  Proven ability to improve efficiency and lead change in a regulated, occupier-driven market.
