CFO – Chief Financial Officer

Location: City of London (hybrid)

Company Context: Real estate investment and asset management firm with a portfolio of commercial, residential, and logistics properties across Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead financial strategy, including capital structuring, debt/equity raising, joint ventures, and portfolio optimisation.

•  Oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, and compliance with UK tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.

•  Provide financial insights to support acquisition, disposal, and development decisions while managing risk and liquidity.

•  Partner with the CEO and investment team on investor relations, fund performance, and value creation strategies.

•  Drive financial controls, forecasting, and scenario planning in response to interest rates, inflation, and market shifts.

Requirements:

•  Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/equivalent) with significant CFO or senior finance experience in UK real estate investment or development.

•  Strong knowledge of property finance, JV structures, and London market dynamics.

•  Strategic commercial acumen and proven ability to influence at board level.
