CEO – Chief Executive Officer

Location: Central London (hybrid with site visits)

Company Context: Leading mid-sized real estate developer and investor focused on prime residential, mixed-use, and regeneration projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Define and execute the overall strategic vision for the business, including portfolio growth, new acquisitions, development pipelines, and market positioning in a dynamic London property landscape.

•  Lead the executive team and board, fostering alignment across functions while driving sustainable growth and innovation.

•  Oversee major stakeholder relationships, including investors, joint venture partners, local authorities, and key industry bodies.

•  Champion ESG integration, net-zero commitments, and compliance with evolving UK planning and building regulations.

•  Navigate complex market conditions, risk assessment, and opportunity identification to maximise long-term value.

Requirements:

•  Extensive senior leadership experience (15+ years) in UK real estate, with proven track record at executive level in development or investment.

•  Strong understanding of London’s residential and commercial markets, planning processes, and funding structures.

•  Strategic mindset with board-level presence, excellent communication, and ability to inspire teams in a competitive environment
