CTO – Chief Technology Officer

Location: London (Shoreditch/Tech City area, hybrid)

Company Context: PropTech scale-up providing digital platforms for real estate asset management, virtual tours, data analytics, and smart building solutions targeted at London landlords and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Shape and deliver the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy, focusing on scalable platforms for property data, AI-driven insights, and tenant/occupier experiences.

•  Lead engineering, product development, and IT teams to build and maintain secure, compliant systems (GDPR, upcoming digital building standards).

•  Oversee integration of emerging technologies such as BIM, IoT for smart properties, predictive analytics, and virtual/augmented reality tools.

•  Ensure robust cybersecurity, system reliability, and innovation to support growth in London’s competitive PropTech scene.

•  Collaborate with C-suite on tech-enabled business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

•  12+ years in technology leadership, ideally within PropTech, real estate tech, or related SaaS environments.

•  Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and agile methodologies.

•  Experience delivering tech solutions for property sector challenges in the UK market.
