Project Manager

Location: London (project sites across zones 1-3, office in Canary Wharf)

Company Context: Residential-led developer delivering mid-to-high-end schemes, including build-to-rent and private sale projects in emerging and established London areas.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead projects from feasibility and planning through design, procurement, construction, and handover.

•  Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, consultants) to deliver on time, to quality, and within scope.

•  Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and compliance with UK building regulations, safety reforms, and planning conditions.

•  Liaise with local authorities on Section 106, CIL, and community obligations.

•  Drive sustainability targets (e.g., BREEAM, EPC ratings) and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Requirements:

•  8+ years in project management within UK property development or construction.

•  Relevant qualifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, RICS) and experience delivering residential schemes in London.

•  Strong organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
