Account Executive

Location: Fully remote (global applicants; core working hours UK business day for client calls)

Company Context: Boutique UK real estate agency specialising in prime London residential sales and international developer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage full sales cycle for high-value UK property transactions, from lead qualification through negotiation to completion.

•  Build and nurture relationships with international buyers, developers, and agents via virtual meetings, emails, and calls.

•  Conduct remote property presentations, valuations (using digital tools), and coordinate viewings/virtual tours.

•  Negotiate offers, progress deals, and ensure compliance with UK conveyancing and regulatory processes.

•  Achieve sales targets by leveraging networks in key international markets (e.g., Europe, Middle East, Asia).


Requirements:

•  5+ years in property sales or account management, preferably in residential real estate or new homes.

•  Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills in a remote/virtual sales context.

•  Knowledge of UK property market (especially London) and international buyer behaviours.

•  Proficiency with CRM, virtual tour tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
