CMO – Chief Marketing Officer

Location: London (Soho/King’s Cross creative hub, hybrid)

Company Context: Residential developer and build-to-rent operator delivering lifestyle-focused schemes in key London boroughs and commuter hotspots.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and occupancy/sales.

•  Oversee digital channels (SEO, paid social, programmatic, virtual tours), content creation, PR, and partnerships.

•  Shape campaigns highlighting sustainability, community, and modern living to appeal to diverse buyer/renter demographics.

•  Analyse performance data to optimise ROI on marketing spend and adapt to shifting London housing trends.

•  Collaborate with sales, development, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding across launches.
Requirements:

•  12+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally within UK residential development, build-to-rent, or property services.

•  Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven campaigns, and storytelling for property audiences.

•  Chartered Marketer (CIM) or equivalent, with strong creative and strategic vision.
