Project Manager

Location: Fully remote (open internationally; must accommodate UK time zone for team syncs and site stakeholder calls)

Company Context: UK real estate developer delivering residential and mixed-use projects, with remote coordination of UK-based consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead remote project delivery from planning through to handover, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities virtually.

•  Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones for UK schemes, ensuring compliance with planning permissions, building regs, and safety standards.

•  Facilitate virtual progress meetings, track deliverables, and resolve issues across distributed teams.

•  Monitor sustainability targets (e.g., BREEAM, net-zero) and report to senior leadership.

•  Use project tools to maintain transparency and drive on-time, in-scope delivery.


Requirements:

•  7+ years in project management within UK construction, property development, or related fields.

•  Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) and experience managing remote/multidisciplinary teams.

•  Strong stakeholder management, risk assessment, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.

•  Understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
