Sales Assistant

Location: Fully remote (global hires; UK core hours for client interactions)

Company Context: UK PropTech and real estate services provider selling software and advisory to agents, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Own end-to-end sales process for UK and international clients, from opportunity identification to contract signing and onboarding.

•  Build pipeline through networking, referrals, inbound leads, and strategic outreach in the real estate sector.

•  Conduct virtual demos, negotiations, and presentations tailored to client needs (e.g., PropTech adoption, investment strategies).

•  Forecast sales, manage CRM, and exceed quarterly targets.

•  Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.


Requirements:

•  6+ years in B2B sales, ideally in real estate tech, SaaS, or property services.

•  Proven track record of closing complex deals remotely.

•  Deep understanding of UK real estate ecosystem and buyer personas.

•  Excellent virtual selling skills, CRM expertise, and quota achievement history.
