Sales Development Representative

Location: Fully remote (open to candidates in any country; core hours aligned to UK business day)

Company Context: London-based PropTech company offering digital platforms for UK real estate agents, developers, and investors (lead generation, virtual tours, market analytics).

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn, and social selling to generate qualified leads from UK real estate professionals and firms.

•  Research and identify target accounts (agencies, developers, landlords) in the UK market.

•  Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book discovery meetings/demos for Account Executives, and maintain accurate CRM records.

•  Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and provide feedback on market insights from UK prospects.

•  Achieve monthly activity and pipeline targets in a high-volume outbound environment.


Requirements:

•  2+ years in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate services.

•  Strong phone presence, objection handling, and written communication skills.

•  Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.

•  Self-motivated with a hunter mindset; experience in remote sales teams advantageous.
