Social Media Manager

Location: Fully remote (international hires considered; flexible scheduling with UK/Europe overlap for content posting and engagement)

Company Context: UK residential developer and build-to-rent operator delivering schemes in major cities, with a focus on lifestyle and community branding.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement for UK property launches.

•  Create and curate content calendars, including visuals, short-form videos, reels, and posts highlighting sustainable living, site progress, and resident stories.

•  Manage community interactions, respond to comments/DMs, monitor sentiment, and run engagement campaigns.

•  Analyse performance metrics, report insights, and optimise content for UK audience trends in real estate.

•  Collaborate with development and sales teams to align social efforts with launches and marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

•  4+ years in social media management, ideally in property, real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

•  Hands-on experience creating/editing content (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite basics) and platform algorithms.

•  Strong creative eye, understanding of UK housing market trends, and data-driven approach.

•  Proven ability to grow audiences and drive engagement remotely.
